Eligibility for Returns

Steps to Initiate a Return

- Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Inspection and Refund: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, here’s how refunds work:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
- For items bought with a discount or during a sale, refunds will be made at the discounted price.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing otakuparadiseofficial@gmail.com.
- Include photos of the damaged or defective product in your email.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account and contact your bank for updates.
